If you are planning your year-end holiday and Hiroshima is in the list, then this one is definitely for you. I had a trip to Hiroshima a couple of weeks ago. It was such a nice city to visit, especially if you are into historical and cultural attractions.

When visiting a city, one thing I am always concerned about is the weather. It determines the stuffs I’d pack for the trip. Hiroshima, during October and December, is characterized by a generally mild climate. It is not too cold like Hokkaido, but it is cold enough to layer. Perfect! The average temperature falls between 23.6 degree C to 5.8 degree C. So today, I’m sharing the stuffs you can pack when visiting Hiroshima.

LIGHT OUTERWEAR

The thing about the climate in Hiroshima is that it allows you to wear light outerwear – which I really love because light outerwear comes in a lot of different chic styles like cardigans and sweaters. During your trip to Hiroshima, you can easily layer a dress with outerwear so make sure you pack different styles with you.

LONG SLEEVES

Another option for outerwear is a long sleeves top or dress. In Hiroshima, you can easily spend the day in a long sleeve outfit with turtleneck but make sure you layer to adjust the changing temperatures from morning to night.

LIGHT SWEATERS

Sweaters are cute, easy to wear, and perfect for strolling around Hiroshima. Pair it with a skirt to keep it in style.

HAT AND SCARF

If you are about to visit Hiroshima in November, then a warm hat and scarf are very recommended because it tends to get much colder in November. The key to keep yourself warm is to make sure you cover your head, ears, neck, hands, and feet.

On the side note, Silk Air opened a direct flight to Hiroshima and their flight is super enjoyable. I flew to Hiroshima with Silk Air and I can vouch for that – and also, they served Japanese food during the flight! So please do check out their routes for your upcoming holiday.
