Hello from Melbourne!

The weather is not too friendly here in Melbourne the moment I write this post – so I decided to stay at my hotel a bit longer and wait until the rain stops. While waiting, I am thinking to share a bit about what I have been doing here in Melbourne.

Some time ago, I was invited to VAMFF representing the fashion figure from Indonesia. VAMFF, the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, is the annual celebration of fashion, arts, ideas, and creative endeavor. Basically, it presents Australia’s largest consumer fashion event including world-class runway shows. I was totally hooked.

So from Monday, March 13 to this Wednesday, March 22 – I am strolling around this city while attending runway shows from Australia’s established and emerging designers. Some of them are my favorite designers such as Ellery and Alice McCall. So while VAMFF, I had so much fun playing around with different street styles – and guess what, I was featured in Vogue and Elle Australia as one of the best street styles from VAMFF!

For the details of the outfits, I will save it for the next time but anyway, while I need to run now, you can see the post right here and right here. See you next time!
