Cloth Inc Turtle-Neck top & Pants | Charlotte Olympia Shoes | Valentino Bag
Honestly, I find ‘culottes’ to be very tricky. Probably because I don’t wear pants that much. Having said that, they are very comfortable to wear, unlike regular pants. They are great for office wear, or even casual look. Of course you need to choose the right material and colour. Here’s my simple rule of thumb: Basic colours are suitable for office wear. Patterns are best suited for casual outings, and laces (very sexy) is very acceptable for a romantic night out. I would definitely match it with different tops. Crop tops are my favorite pairing, it goes like peanut butter and jam! Currently, I’m in the mood for turtleneck top. Never stop exploring! Step out of your comfort zone. You’ll never know what you’ll get.
I would also like to apologise for not regularly updating my blog this past couple of weeks. It has been a very hectic month. 1st week of Feb, I had a collaboration with the amazing Thai designer, Thea by Thara, on a cruise ship around Singapore & Malaysia. (I will post the details of my travel soon! For now you can check the sneak peak on Instagram.) The 2nd week, I had the lovely time of working with Axioo in collaboration with Sissae to make an oriental-themed look-book for Chinese New Year. On the 3rd week, it was the Chinese New Year. My boyfriend and I spent our time with the extended family. It was very exhausting. And finally, we are going to spend the last week of Feb at North Bazaar! I am going to have to sell some of my clothes. (So sad to have to separate from them, but my closet cannot fit them anymore.) I hope they can find a loving home.
Even though I am on reserve battery, I am keeping myself motivated with lots of positive mindset. I will definitely make time to post the events of February very soon!
Have a great week! and Hello March!
