A shirt dress is never not trending. It is a classic style staple that I make sure to have in my wardrobe. But when it comes to street styling, I always want to go extra mile. I wanted to coalesce the idea behind a trench coat and a shirt dress.

So for my outfit of the day, I chose this shirt dress with a twist on the sleeves part that resembled a cape. It has a very neutral color, so I button it up to the collar and put on bag belt to style in fresh new ways. Belted and styled in a new way, the shirt dress is proving to double as a trench coat look-alike (and it was pretty warm too). I finished my whole look with a white sneakers.
