As an ever-changing thing, fashion has a nature to go from one trend to another. This is why fashion can be a bit elusive. Therefore, with the new year quickly approaching, there are some guidance pertaining to what not to wear in 2017 – and will eventually make us look more stylish. I believe that a little wardrobe tweaks here and there can give your look a boost – so today I’m sharing my version of 4 fashion trends to say goodbye to in 2017.
ANYTHING TOO SHORT OR TOO TIGHT
2017 is the year of modest – so I think it is time to put body-com mini dress and mini skirts back in our closet. Now it’s time for pleated midi length skirt with long and loose silhouette.
FUR POM POMS
I know that it’s hard to say goodbye but fur pom poms have had their day and I think people are ready to move on. It was hugely popular throughout 2016 and personally, I’ve had so much fun. But lately, I have noticed that these items are disappearing from the streets and making room for unique handbag charms next year. I can hardly wait!
PATENT LEATHER BOTTOMS
Some people might say that leather bottoms are everlasting; but I don’t see the need to buy a new pair in 2017. Yes, maybe once in a while it will be cool to style and flaunt it, but I think shiny black and red bottoms have made the most out of 2016, and it is time to put it back in our closet.
PEEP-TOE CORK WEDGES
Personally I have never been a huge fan of peep-toe cork wedges, but I think throughout the year, I still see a lot of people trying to make them look cool. Well, let’s try to say goodbye to this fashion item and put them out for good now.

I think it would be better if you concluded the pictures too, like a picture of fur pom poms. Still, a great article!
